Laser Cut Corrugated Card Vacuum Forming Moulds

Spray glue or Pritt Stick can be used to fix layers together (62kb) Layers need careful pressing to get spray glue to stick (59kb) Here there were 3 layers / shapes  to the mould and 3 pieces of 3mm card in each layer (67kb) Fine details can be achieved using the laser cutter (56kb) A glue spreading comb was tried but the mould became soggy with PVA (110kb)
These shrp edges produced webbing in the mouldings (39kb) This Techsoft laser cutter is A2+ in size and 50W (91kb) The assembled mould on the bed of the vacuum former (149kb) The mould pulled in very thin PVC to minimise mould distortion (146kb) Quality is excellent but the corrugations do show on the forming (152kb)
